Welcome to Day 1! Aligning with the principle Ahimsa, non-violation, lets listen and trust the innate intelligence of the physical and subtle bodies. Drawing our attention towards sensation, we smooth out the edges, becoming more aware and sensitive of our inner landscape. We explore movement and meditation practices designed to help us meet ourselves right where we are, so that we can listen more deeply and allow ourselves to expand into the space.

This is fantastic! Just what is needed right now. I feel like I just received the perfect (surprise) gift. The meditation towards the end was mesmerizing. It felt as though only a few moments had passed, and yet it was 8 minutes! So looking forward to the next nine days :)
