Welcome to Day 10! Inspired by Ishvara Pranidhana, this final practice of trusting the order of LOVE is opening ourselves to the big mystery and honoring that at the core of everything is Love. Our movement practice is a long deep Savasana so props are sweet, but not needed. In our meditation, we sincerely wish for the heart's fulfillment for ourselves and all beings. And for our final journaling exercise, lets discover our own personal Heart Code that we can lean into as we go forward. Trust is the result of self care and allows us to know that we belong and are free.
Your journaling assignment for today is attached below, as well as a copy of the Chant Call and Response.

I just hope I can share what I'm feeling right now.Thank you for inviting me ever so gently to this so very tender moment where I can listen and be present to the plea of my heart, where the gripping lives. With tears streaming from relief I understand now the connection between my heart ,my lungs and the very old pattern of holding on to the past.Practicing yoga in the privacy of my own home , with my own timing has been the greatest blessing!! Moving forward in the spiral of growth and awareness . Thank you Kelly for these 10 days, your teachings have touched me deeply. My the ripples of the love you have shared here come back to you tenfold. Thank you Kira for creating this amazing community of powerful yoga teachers of so many different traditions and styles.
Astrid, hugs and tears and heart-deep smiles to & with you! I am so happy we took this journey together. Thank you so much for sharing your practice and your heart. LOVE.
Kelly, thank you thank you thank you, for these beautiful and mindfully curated practices. I felt held in each and every one of them. I loved building space into my day for inquiry and mediation and felt so encouraged from exactly where I showed up from each day. I have felt really discconnected from my heart space, there has been a lot of trauma and deep healing needed these past few months, and this was the secret little gift I was able to give myself every day through it. Thank you for showing up with your whole self and for making me feel like I am not alone. Deep gratitude! -Jenny
Thank you so much for this wonderful self care challenge. It has been a great blessing to me. A relaxing Savasana proved to be the perfect ending to this series. The prayer for all beings touched me deeply and I've decided that my heart code is May All Beings Be Free From Suffering.
Thank you for putting this self care challenge together. I am grateful.
Jenny Thank YOU so much for being here and for taking the time to write. I can't even tell you how happy it makes me that these practices have made there way into your life and heart. MUCH LOVE!!
Thank you Kelly! Deep and beautiful meditation. These practices have been a wonderful nutrition for me. The Journaling Excercise is very helpful and a precious key to continuing taking care of ourselves and as consequence taking care of the universe 💗
Fascinating challenge. Something deep and meaningful each day. I feel that it is too much for me to take in right away. As I said before I am going to need to go back and do them again - more slowly - and really think about each. Thank you Kelly. It was nice to finish this on International Women's Day - to end the day with an inspirational woman. Blessings to you.
