In season one, we explore breath and movement that nourish and support your pelvic health. We learn poses that embrace our own unique and individual alignment. We share information on a wide variety of pelvic health topics and at the same time offer and give you the space to connect to your own inner wisdom. Let's dive in.

I'm concerned about how often I can find time to do this. Along with other daily practices. Do you advise daily or how many times a week would be effective please? Is a great series.

Hi Linda,
I am so glad that you are enjoying the series. I would suggest starting with a small amount of time daily or a few times a week. Can you fit in a yoga practice that is 5 minutes per day? Then as that feels comfortable, you can see if you can build it up to 10 or 20 minutes. Or for some people they prefer a 60 minute practice 2-3 times per week. It is key to build your practice to be a habit that feels good for you.
