Hi. I'm Chantany Moore. These are the five reasons that Barr supports your yoga practice. Reason number 5, you get to refresh your practice. Yoga is a beautiful practice that's been around for 1000 years, and allows us to bring in a new element to something that we love so much. Reason at number 4, you get to learn about new muscles.
On the mat, we get to experience bar and yoga together, which activates new aspects of your body, your breath, and how they work together. Reason number 3, it's rhythmic. Sometimes with bar, we'd like to play with the timing. So we might move faster or we might move slower. And as we infuse it with yoga, we allow the body and the beat to come together in a really fun, cool new way.
Reason number 2, it inspires a new level of any time that we try something new, it gives us an opportunity to slow down, to focus, and to really listen to our and our breath. By infusing bar with yoga, we've got a cool new twist on something that we know really well, and it allows us to just drop into the present moment. And the number one reason that bar supports your yoga practice. You get to build a relationship with challenge. Because bar might be new to you, you're gonna start to experience new sensations through the body, new levels of heat, which brings some challenge.
