That was very interesting! I definitely have an imbalance in my sacrum, but it is hard to pinpoint all the sensations. One side feels stronger, but that side is also tighter almost like the stronger side is pulling and rotating the sacrum out of alignment. I will pay more attention to my sacrum and try to consciously balance the push and pull that I am now aware of. Wow! This is a game changer - Thank You Olivia!

This practice is an eye-opener! Just excellent for creating awareness of what is actually happening in the sacrum. It's brilliant. Thank you for this!

Amazing how these subtle movements bring such a profound amount of feedback!  Also, how the (seemingly) subtle adjustments make such a difference.  There is some work here that is deceptively challenging in that really good, deep yoga way 🙌
