A yoga teacher, former martial arts instructor and long distance runner, Kara guides students and clients to access creative flow states and connect to that infinite reservoir of energy that resides within. Strengthening the nervous system, cultivating a clear sense of present awareness and developing spiritual sovereignty are all important elements of her work. She guides corporate professionals in high demand fields to find sustainable presence, balance and harmony in their lives through incorporating yogic technology at the workplace.
Kara teaches Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga virtually and onsite. Kara also hosts regular virtual 40 day meditation groups to enable students in making meditation a more consistent part of their daily lives.
