Having completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training certification, she embarked on a journey of sharing her expertise and love for the practice in various settings, including private sessions, studios, gyms, and online platforms like Zoom for over 10 years. Her profound love for her work stems from her dedication to assisting others in discovering space, curiosity, and finding presence through yoga, as well as fostering personal growth and learning along the way. Additionally, Erin has led multiple 200-hour teacher training programs in Los Angeles, where she imparts her knowledge and serves as a mentor to aspiring teachers.
