In Season 1, we work with and around challenges in the knees, hips, shoulders, upper back, neck, and wrists. We play with props and physical therapy interventions within the yoga practice to help you find support and ease around your injury. These six sequences are uniquely designed for the seasoned yoga practitioner who does not want to miss their yoga practice due to an injury.
