Is there no audio for this one?
Jon T
OK, so apparently there is audio since I can hear Peter breathing. There's no instructional audio so I'm not really sure why this would be posted on a yoga class site, but maybe it's for those who have taken his class in person. A bummer since I really like the sequence but can't look at the screen every 30 seconds. Could the instructional audio be added perhaps?

Hi Jon
I am sorry about the confusion. This episode falls in the show "Our Personal Practices" which is designed to share our teachers in their private space of practice and not designed to be followed, but rather to inspire your own to emerge.
We just filmed a bunch of new sequences with Peter for Season 2 of LevitYoga which I am sure you will love. xok

Hi Jon,
As Kira mentioned, this video is an example of what a personal practice looks like for me. It was how I learned from my teacher of 20 years, watching first and then practicing with no verbal instruction along side of him. The only difference here is the digital relationship vs the personal relationship. Also, a lot of what you see here in my personal practice is repeated in various forms in the Season 2 practices.
Thanks for watching.
Jon T
Thank you both for the explanations. That makes sense. I really appreciate the feedback.
