I really enjoyed this talk and will be back to listen again. I love the spirit of generosity and the humble humour in Ravi’s style of teaching. I think I remember once seeing that on yoga anytime you can share a recording with a friend. Could you remind me how this can be done? I would really like to share this with a philosopher friend.
