Description

Erich guides us into a Freedom Yoga practice by giving us permission to start with something that we already know or feel like doing, and then encourages us to listen for inner guidance and channel the energy. The free form can begin from here. You may not have heard this song in a while. Here it comes. This will be four songs. Here it comes.

Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes.

Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes.

Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes.

Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes.

Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes.

Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes. Here it comes.

Here it comes. you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you and then if you just please leisurely make your way to a seated meditation position just for another minute or two here again watch what you're doing to get everything just right get grounded first through whatever's on the ground snuggle, wobble gently as you let yourself grow tall, bloom open up there at the top, and then relax...relax thoroughly In other words, get really good at relaxing thoroughly. Be aware of your current level of tension and let it diminish a little. And notice how it works. When you release tension, you'll feel relief.

Relief feels good. And since you're relaxing everywhere, you're going to get relief everywhere. It's going to start feeling nice everywhere. And then watch how the feeling of relief morphs into the feeling of calm, into the feeling of subtle joy. And again, you're not making the subtle joy.

You're letting yourself experience it. Be aware of the subtle, mystical fragrance in the air. Practice breathing with a little more conscious appreciation than normal. And last couple seconds, be aware that you're here. That'll always be the insight.

You're in the middle of life live. And you're here with other yogis. Be aware that by being together like this and practicing together like this and talking about the stuff, we're helping one another get it. And so mentally, telepathically, and you are doing things mentally, telepathically, it's not like you're not mentally, telepathically, thank everyone here for being here this morning. Just gently exude a feeling of thank you.

Pay attention to what you feel like as you're being thankful. That unclogs you. Mentally, telepathically, thank the room for being here. Pay attention to how you feel as you're being thankful to the room. Again, conscious gratitude like that unclogs you.

And then mentally, telepathically, exude love out to the world. Do what you can do right now to help promote peace on the planet. And pay attention to how you feel as you're doing this. Do the mystical breathing as you're exuding the love. And then let your eyes open.

Thank you, folks. Peace, peace, peace, peace, peace, peace, peace, peace. Peace, peace, peace, thank you folks.

Hi Carol,

You may enjoy playing music during that part of the video. In the description, there's a link to a music playlist on Spotify that has 3 of the 4 songs used in the practice (the other song is not available on Spotify).

When I realized there was silence when the music was being played so to speak, a subtle relaxation flowed in. With less sensory stimulation for me personally, I was able to feel my current and lines of energy so profooouuunnndly🙏🏼 Such a beautiful experience Namaste whoooosh!

no sound, why don't you take this down
Elizabeth M
Hi, Melissa - There is intentionally no sound during the freedom asana section of this class.  This time is just for you, to experience the asana either in silence, with the suggested music in the class description, or with other music of your choice.  Thank you for being here 🙏
