Description
James beautifully shares the unfolding of the Ramayana, introducing us to the heroic character and archetype, Hanuman. He unpacks the various names and embodied qualities of Hanuman; Son of the Wind, Great Being, Forest Dweller, and so on, reminding us that we, too, are capable of cultivating our essential and innate gifts. James lays the groundwork for the epic Ramayana, leading us up to Hanuman's mythical leap across the ocean. Chant along with James with the attached Jai Jai Hanuman song.

I just discovered that a young teaching friend has left what was familiar and comfortable and has made a leap across another ocean (the Atlantic) to teach in Italy. It occurs to me that she has embodied the spirit of Hanuman in so doing! Blessings upon all who dare to make that "leap of faith", in whatever form!

Yes Kate, in whatever form...we can cross the ocean internally, travelling deep inside is such a journey! These stories awaken that spirit in us / me, I feel, so grateful to James for that !!
