(waves crash) How you doing? My name is Robert Sidoti. Welcome to season two of Keeping It Real, so I believe we call this Keeping It Real because I really feel it's important, or at least it just, what feels right for me is trying to teach you or share something with you that is real and tangible in that moment, okay? So my approach, my overall approach is to get you to feel comfortable in these postures, so I offer accessible, somewhat challenging postures. Most of the time you're able to do them, so the idea is to get you into your body, right?
Strong, work on some flexibility, mobility, balance, focus, some simple breath work, right? Then the other side of it, the other side is really about bringing you back to your self, finding some sense of comfort, some sense of peace, happiness, enjoyment within your body and we do it through the practice, right? So how can we, or how can I create sequences for you that you feel, or help cultivate for you a sense of I can do this. I can do this thing called yoga. I didn't realize it was this simple, you know, simple meaning like, not that it's not challenging, but the overall approach is simplified and real, and when I say real, it doesn't mean that any other approach is not real.
It's just that it comes from me. It comes from an honest place, and I find tons of joy, personally, and happiness in being able to share it with you. So thank you for checking out this video, and check out some other videos, and see if that feels right for you. Thank you. Namaste.
