(waves crash) Welcome to season five of Good Morning Yoga, so glad you're here, thank you for showing up. These practices will result in more strength, flexibility, and stability in the body, and my hope is together we'll find a bit more ease within the effort and inspire movement first thing in the morning. So, we'll move through our usual sun salutations, finding opening through the neck and shoulders, the hips, the side body, the thighs, the legs. So, moving at our own pace with our breath we'll find some gentle back-bending as well as some bigger back-bends to really encourage a sense of opening through the front of the body and through the back of the body. Some of the themes we work with is finding this full three-dimensional breath with the breath expanding into the ribcage, the front body, the side body, as well as the back body.
A lot of emphasis on back body sensing, awakening the back body and the front body. So, I invite you to join me in these practices. I look forward to hearing from you, namaste.
