Namaste dear yogi friend. So happy to be here today with Sean Johnson and the Wild Lotus Band. We have Sean, Gwendolyn and Alvin. Thank you so much for being here and bringing Kirtan direct to your living room. So whether you have been chanting for years or this is your first time, I really encourage you to experience the full effects by participating. We can listen and enjoy the music but it's not until we really start to engage our own body, our own instrument that we receive the full benefits of this practice. So I invite you to open your heart, open your voices, open your mind and just have fun. So we're going to be singing mantras that are inspired by that story and the quality that we're awakening, enchanting these mantras is to awaken the sense of courage, a sense of strength, an alignment between our mind and our heart and our intuition. The words we're going to be singing are jai hanuman, jai hanuman, sri ram, jai ram, sri ram, jai ram, jai jai ram oom, jai jai ram oom, hanuman bolo, hanuman bolo, Hanuman Bolo Bolo Bolo Ram Ram Sita Ram Ram Sita Ram Ram Ram Ram And various combinations of those words so I encourage you once you get the hang of it to perhaps even close your eyes and listen and feel these sounds vibrating in your body allow your whole spirit to get swept away by the music as you perhaps create an opportunity for yourself to remember who you are, remember your own strength, courage, belonging. Hanuman Bolo Bolo Bolo Ram Sita Ram Ram Sita Ram Ram And various combinations of those words so I encourage you once you get the hang of it as you perhaps create an opportunity for yourself to remember who you are, remember your own strength as you perhaps create an opportunity for yourself to remember who you are, remember your own strength as you perhaps create an opportunity for yourself to remember who you are, remember your own strength as you perhaps create an opportunity for yourself to remember who you are, remember your own strength as you perhaps create an opportunity for yourself to remember who you are, remember your own strength Sita Ram Sita Ram Sita Ram Sita Ram Anoj Chavamatatu Yavigam Chiten Viyamul Matan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Now let's sing this part together Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Sita Ram Sita Ram Sita Ram Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Sita Ram Sita Ram Sita Ram Ram Sita Ram Sita Ram Ram Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Sita Ram Sita Ram Ram Vayasthan Vayasthan Vayasthan Sita Ram Sita Ram Sita Ram Ram Sita Ram Sita Ram Ram Ram Sita Ram Sita Ram Ram Ram Sita Ram Ram Ram Ram Sita Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Sita Ram Sita Ram Ram Ram Sita Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Sita Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Zita Jai Jai Zita Jai Zita Jai

Fantastic video recording of this awesome band! You 3 really mesh together so well... loved the percussion, the guitar, the harmonium, the harmonies... Although I had heard of the Wild Lotus Band, this is the first time I've actually heard this band. I'm really impressed. Nice that YogaAnytime scored this band! (Very nice video recording too - my compliments to the folks behind the camera!!!)
