So with the idea of our being able to practice or allow ourselves more fully into that recognition of the awareness of the divinity that's all around, I'd like to share this song that I understand comes from the Native American tradition and it's translated into English like this, O Great Spirit, Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea, you are inside and all around me. So just join in as you feel comfortable to do so. Quite nice to sing this one standing up so you can really feel the earth. If you do stand up, settle into a nice comfortable stance that allows you to feel space in your body and once you've done that, feel the earth beneath your feet and closing your eyes, notice the light of awareness that allows you to kind of see and feel yourself even with the eyes closed. Notice the space within and around your body.
Notice the way that energy is circulating and moving through your body. O Great Spirit, Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea, you are inside and all around me. O Great Spirit, Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea, you are inside and all around me, all around me. O Great Spirit, Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea, you are inside and all around me, all around me. Great Spirit, Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea, you are inside and all around me, all around me.
Great Spirit, Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea, you are inside and all around me, all around me. Great Spirit, Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea, you are inside and all around me, all around me. Great Spirit, Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea, you are inside and all around me, all around me. Great Spirit, Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea, you are inside and all around me, all around me. Great Spirit, Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea, you are inside and all around me.
O Great Spirit, Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea, you are inside and all around me. O Great Spirit, Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea, you are inside and all around me.
