Hi, I'm Helia and I'm here to excite you about movement. It's a challenge that I want you to take and I want you to go into it thinking that it's going to be a challenge because it's going to be sweaty, it's going to be hard, it's going to be heart pumping and it's going to get you moving. That's the point. We play with time, we play with rest, we play with intervals, long and short. We build up your endurance, we build up your intensity.
It gets crazy but it's really fun because challenge is what this one is all about. It's supposed to get you moving, sweating and figuring out what else is there inside of you. But this is where the magic is. I really hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy it.
