Welcome to day five, the grand finale. Let's find a comfortable seat. Let the eyes close or take your soft gaze and drop right in. Pulling through the sit bones, tall through the spine, shoulders back and down. Becoming aware of the thought patterns, the sensations in the body and the flow of the breath.

From there, guide your awareness to the sensations of the body and the breath. As much as possible, letting the thoughts simply rise and fall. When you notice the awareness drifting gently over and over again, draw it back. Just the body and just the breath and we'll sit together in that stillness and silence. Thank you.

Thank you. You If you notice tension in the body let it soften as much as possible if you notice the awareness has become lost in thought let it soften let it pass as much as possible and again come home to the body and the breath if the eyes are closed gently let them open congratulations may seem simple but it is really no small thing thank you for showing up for your practice I hope you carry on many thanks and namaste

I've been doing these first thing in the morning as soon as I wake. It's such a peaceful way to start the day. I'm looking forward to the next series and beginning the day with your rich voice and calming presence. 🌅

I located and started participating in the 10-Day Meditation Challenge about 30 minutes ago. Thank you very much. I have been practicing yoga mostly at the YMCA and various yoga studios away from home but YogaAnytime is wonderful because now I can also study, practice and learn meditation at home also. Great site.

Thank you Rosemary. I have been doing the stretches before each sit which help with focusing and becoming aware. I am looking forward to starting the 10 for 10. PS Love you to see a red bracelet on your wrist!

Thanks, Jennifer! So happy to be connecting here... and to know you're enjoying the practices. And, yes, the red string- forever my reminder. ; )
