We created some practices for you to help support you in your meditation. You know, you could be the person that is ready to sit anytime and don't feel like you need to prepare, really, for that in any way. But you may discover that a little bit of movement in your body, you know, kind of gets the energy flowing and helps you to focus mentally and, you know, just supports you in being able to sit for those 21 minutes. So we created a few practices. We did one to energize you, one to open the hips, one to strengthen your spine, strengthen the core, a standing practice to really get you into your legs, and one to open the heart. So you have a choice between these six practices, all of which are around 15 minutes. So they're there for you to support you in your ability to sit.
