Hi, my name is Devon Sisler. I am so excited that you are here to join us. Akara Yoga family is a lot more than just the flying. We'll take you through a lot of centering breath activities, partner yoga exercises that warm you up in the body, and then we also, of course, go into flying and some of my favorite techniques of Shavasana so that you can fully relax together. And none of this looks anything like a regular yoga class or a regular restorative class, so I want you to let go of any preconceived notions of what yoga should be and open up to what yoga can be with your family.
