Welcome to a season of the Arshtanga practice show. I'm Dylan and I'm delighted to be able to offer you support, guidance and inspiration on your daily developing and deepening Arshtanga practice. This practice will serve you beyond the physical. You'll start to develop mental clarity and experience how to approach meditation in motion. When we get through the entire primary series, detailing every posture in the Sanskrit count as well as workshopping, little places where you might need a little help, you might need an additional technique.
