So welcome to our six-week course on beginning your yoga practice. So glad you're here, so glad you made it. So how this course works, we are delivering you six 30-minute practices and six corresponding lessons. So expect to receive one practice and one lesson each week. We have found for optimal success to try each practice at least twice, maybe three times and see how you feel as you move through the practice.
The lessons correspond and are designed to really help set you up for success so that you feel good and confident in these practices that are progressive. So to set yourself up for success, we suggest practicing at the same time and the same place. So invest in some yoga props, two blocks, a blanket and a strap will come in very useful on this journey together. So in addition to the practices and the lessons, there'll be some homework assigned. We suggest getting a journal and really tracking what's going on for you.
