So on our journey together, we want to set you up for success. So here are seven tips for a successful in-home yoga retreat. The first one is commitment. Make the commitment to come onto this journey so that you set yourself up for success by having a consistent practice. So with that consistency and you show up, you're showing up for yourself and you're really showing up to be more present in your life.

The second tip is create a sacred space. So important. Have a space that feels inviting. Maybe you put crystals or pictures or flowers, something that's going to bring your body, mind and soul into the space to allow yourself growth and transformation. The third tip is accountability.

Perhaps you do this with a friend, a partner, a loved one so that you're in this with someone else and you can hold each other accountable. And if that isn't happening or that doesn't work, perhaps check in on our forum. Ask questions. Know that you are not alone. You are supported so that accountability will help you to show up and keep that consistent practice.

The fourth tip is progress. I want you to remember this is not about doing anything right or wrong. Like let's get out of that mindset. It's not about right or wrong. It's about transformation.

So go in with the mindset of progress. It's baby steps. It's not big, giant leaps. It's baby steps. And we're all in this together.

And to help you feel supported, the fifth tip is props. You want props. They will help support you. You want your toolkit set up before we begin. So have your yoga mat, have a strap, two blocks, and ideally a blanket.

So a lot of times we need support. We have to learn how to ask for support and know that it's okay. Support will help us feel nurtured and help us transform and find our own expansion. And the sixth tip I think is very important, and I'll be asking you to do this on this journey, is to journal. Because when we journal, we're able to put our thoughts and our feelings down on paper and give it a kinesthetic transfer.

You may be practicing and a creative download will happen. It can just go right out the window. So take that opportunity to write it down because this is a home renewal practice. We're renewing how we see things. Creative energy will download, and you want to be able to anchor that in your journal.

And then the final tip, the seventh tip, is celebrate. Celebrate that you have made this commitment, that you have chosen to be consistent and show up for yourself. And for yourself, when we do the inner work, it's not always easy. I know. Trust me.

But the inner work is everything because it shifts how we see the outer world, the outer reality. And if you can come in with all these different tips and celebrate that, then there's gratitude. You'll have gratitude for whatever happens and whatever shows up because celebrate isn't just the happy things or the joyous things. It's for the totality of what's going to, what your experience is. So that's why that gratitude with celebration is key.

I hope you enjoy this journey. Namaste.
