Slow down and offer yourself to stillness. Alana welcomes us to Season 4 of Yin Yoga, where she shares yin practices and shapes to marinate and meditate passively for a prescribed length of time. We will hydrate the tissues while increasing our flexibility, elasticity, and mobility as we age. You will feel open and easeful.
Hurrah! This new yin series could not have arrived at a better time, Alana. I’m running around with a million work/family obligations at this time of year and seemed to have got both overly stimulated and overly tired. This is what I need! You have such a warm, calm presence and this whole Wait For It Show feels beautifully nurturing. Happy holidays and much love 🎈🦋🎈
Hi Debra - So happy to hear that you've found refuge in these deep, nurturing Yin practices. It is the perfect time of year to see how our yoga practice is really working. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season and New Year! With Love, Alana
Dearest Alana, I can’t express enough how much I’m loving this series! Im having a bunch of health struggles which is preventing me from my normal vinyasa classes. It’s so wonderful to have your sweet voice and guidance help me move slower and breathe and just be. So much gratitude. Xoxo
Dearest Fern, It warms my heart to hear from you. I am so happy to know that we are practicing together... moving slowly, breathing and just being. With love and gratitude for your generous heart and presence. xoxoA
