Showing up to your yoga mat every day is not easy. In fact, showing up to your life and in a grounded, awakened state is even more challenging. In this 30-day yoga challenge, we'll join together on a journey, 30 days, 30-minute practices of vinyasa yoga that build progressively. You'll learn to move more fluidly and rhythmically in your body and for sure in your mind. My hope is that you feel fantastic with increased levels of vitality and vibrancy, that you feel inspired, stronger, more flexible, and that you can meet each day more skillfully with compassion, open heart, patience, and humor.

It's a big commitment for sure, but more than that, it's a daily gift to yourself. So let's enjoy it together, and from my heart to yours, I'll see you on the mat at Yoga Anytime.
