Loss is a part of every life and grief is a natural and healthy response to loss. Loss comes in all shapes and sizes and what grieving looks like will be unique to each person. Welcome to Yoga for Grief Season 1. I'm Michelle Marlahan. Together we'll explore easy gentle movement to help to start to feel our bodies again. Through the breath we'll both regulate and make more space for our experience. We'll also use some integration tools to help us explore the many facets of loss. No matter what kind of loss or how long ago please come exactly as you are I am so glad you're here.
