Take your hands and start pressing on or gently squeezing your arms or your legs. You can press down if you're sitting, press on your thighs, or gently squeeze anywhere on your legs. You could also one hand at a time on the other arm gently squeeze or lightly pat. This can be really helpful if we're starting to feel really ungrounded and if we're starting to leave the body and go elsewhere, past, future, some kind of mental spiral. This can help you feel like I have a body, I have boundaries.
It's great to use to bring yourself back.
