Welcome to this practice. This beautiful mantra and meditation is used and has been used for eons for healing. Healing the self, healing another or healing the collective. Rama dasa, sa, se, so, hung is the mantra that we'll be working with and you'll just chant it with the palms open to the cosmos. So you're relaxing the elbows into the rib cage and you're opening the palms receiving the energy of the cosmos. Loosely translated Rama dasa, sa, se, so, hung means sun, moon, earth, cosmos, I am thou, infinity, I am thou, I am all of it. The whole universe lives within me. So when we're in touch with that power and we project that we can allow for deep and authentic healing to happen within our bodies, within our psyches, within our lives and project it into the collective. This is a meditation that you can do anytime throughout our seven-day vitality reboot challenge. You can do it every day, you can do it here and there but it's just a little support and something extra to support you and guide you on your journey. So please let's begin as we do with tuning in with Aung Namo, Guru Dev Namo. Rubbing the palms place them at the center of the chest. Let's inhale to begin. Aung Namo, Guru Dev Namo. Deep inhale and exhale. So you assume this position while you chant the eyes will be closed looking at the brow point and just melt into the sound. Connect to your heart chakra, the energy of green and just flow into it. Allow yourself to have an experience. We'll go for 11 minutes. Rama dasa sasa seo han. Rama dasa sasa seo han. Take a deep inhale, hold the breath and feel the energy from the up above the cosmos rain down into your hands as you hold that breath, crystallizing itself into your beam. Powerfully exhale and now inhale deep and as if you're holding a blue pearl of energy in front of your heart bring your hands together holding this fear of blue light at your heart. Inhaling deep, holding that healing energy in your hands and as you exhale project it into the space in your body that needs healing or project it send it to somebody else. And one more time please inhale deep, feel that blue sphere, how potent it is, how real it is. And as you exhale bring your hands to your heart infusing your whole being with this healing light, this healing energy and just sit still for a moment. Let's take a deep collective inhale and exhale bring the hands together for a long sat and a short nam as we close. Inhale, sat nam. May you hold this healing energy within every cell of your being, may you share it. You can do this practice anytime, enjoy it. Sat nam.

Greetings from Spain Sukhdev : I sit easy on my balcony and sing the mantra, dedicating it to healing for all and it brings soothing comfort. Thank you. I have a question! I find focussing on the brow point really challenging, I dont fret about it too much! When i notice Im not looking up I try to return the gaze ......it is tiring and even a little painful....just an observation!

Thank you so much Sukhdev.  This is just what I needed this morning - it opened my heart and allowed the tears to flow.  All week I've been pulling the same card, 'touch the emotion below the trigger', I just did.  Thank you.  I rejoined Yoga Anytime and am delighted to see this series with you - I'll be practicing with you this week.  Sat Nam.  Love to you and your family. x
