Five star rating! When I started meditating seven years ago, I was first drawn to hypnosis because of its ability to slow down my mind. Once I discovered yoga, hypnosis and popular mindfulness became as interesting as fast-food.

With Melina's guidance I am able to slow-down my body and mind, enter into deep and mindful meditative states, and carry lessons off the mat.  I am also more flexible and stronger too! The Savasanas, gratitude meditations, and self-care talks are intelligent, heart-felt and fun.

As a cyclist, I train with periodization. The intensity of that training makes it difficult to restrict calorie intake (especially carbohydrates); however, during rest hours, days, weeks and seasons (Autumn is traditionally a season of repair for NJ cyclists/racers), I now have more tools for active-recovery, and also more disciplined ways to approach the way I eat, drink and breathe. Namaste!
