These six sequences are uniquely designed for the seasoned yoga practitioner. We work with and around challenges in the knees, hips, shoulders, upper back, neck, and wrists. We play with props and physical therapy interventions within the yoga practice to help you find support and ease around your injury. Your body knows how to heal itself. You're going to get better.
