Welcome to season 2 of yoga for mobility. I'm Molina Maza. In this season, we become curious what our bodies are capable of where we need more conditioning and where we need more space. We'll explore creative ways use hand and ankle weights, resistant bands, and other props to invite a sense of vitality to our body and mind. Together, we look at how to foster a sense of well-being and learn how to move our bodies with more ease. We feel grateful, relaxed, strong, and connected. Join me.
