One of my go tos for feeling better is making space for play. So whether that's non agenda time with my kids where I can simply be present with them. Another thing that I love is rock climbing, and I've come back to that after having kids, and it's a full space for me to work out my fear and give me a good challenge. Play is my number one go to. When I started somatics, I recognized that I had done 20 years of yoga practices, and I noticed pretty quickly with my training in somatics that a lot of the awareness that I brought to that, translated into other parts of my life. Best day ever would be having an amazing breath fist and heading outside and getting into the mountains to play and be in a wild space and connect with the land and connect in relationship with my family.
