My practice is my touchstone. Once or twice a week, I have a dedicated practice that specifically targets my lower back, keeping it strong, stable, happy, and healthy. Coming out of COVID, I actually learned a lot of lessons about how to at time with my dog Banjo. When he first arrived, he was afraid of everything. It's been so heartwarming to see him kind of blossom into the goofball that he is today.
My perfect day definitely begins with my husband making me call coffee. The two of us enjoying just a quiet morning, little bit of time together. And then in the afternoon, maybe do yoga practice, and then just chill. Yeah.
