This challenge stems from one of my favorite quotes. The only way out is through. I'm Linda Baffa, and this is focused and clear, a 7 day yoga challenge. During this series, we are invited to lean into deep self awareness by releasing stale energy and limiting beliefs. Come feel the joy of taking care of yourself, clearing and shifting, finding beauty in physical challenges and nourishing your soul.

Through intentional themes, each practice builds upon the other to clear pathways, so that you can focus on and move through what needs your attention. Expect to feel supported, inspired, peaceful, and clear. I'm so excited and so deeply honored to share this journey with you. Let's go.
