Writing the four elements, these twenty minute flows offer quick, yet thorough practices to help you ground, flow, energize, and focus. Each practice is centered around breath awareness and presence so you can drop right into exactly what you need.
If you're ready to energize and burn, come to the fire flows. And if you're ready to ground, then calm, choose the earth flows. And if you need more ease and grace and creativity, allow yourself to receive the water flows. And lastly, if you need to focus your attention and find some mental clarity, embark on one of the air flows.
