Welcome, glad you're here. This is the first session together. We'll be talking for a little while, sort of an overview of the main practices. We'll be going through the meditation. I'll probably be talking more during the meditation than I will be later on, just to sort of clarify the main technique that I'm pushing. And then we'll get into the asana practice with my most favorite patterns that I think will help foster freedom style practice. We'll be doing opening three. We're going to be doing opening number three a lot. I do this almost every class still. It's got basic movements.
And if you get the hang of it, you'll learn how to start channeling your practice. Opening three, the ten basic head movements, and then we'll get into a nice shavasana. Glad you're here.
