Okay, can we do two songs free form? Okay, let it begin. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Okay, then come into a seated meditation position, please. You're doing something. Step one is be aware of what you are doing. Be aware you've got options and choices about it. And consciously begin to customize how you are.

Grounded, grow tall, wobble a little just to remind yourself to let go a little more thoroughly than you already are. And then skillfully settle into it and practice becoming still. The simple idea is relax, feel the ensuing relief, and experience how the relief transitions into calm. The feeling tone of infinity is calm. There's nothing other than the infinity to be in conflict with.

Infinity is calm, it's peace. And as you practice sitting quietly and deliberately skillfully relaxing thoroughly, the gyroscope of you starts feeling congruent with the feeling tone of infinity. Just let yourself enjoy how it is. And if it occurs to you to say the body authorization at any point, then that's the moment you should say it. I authorize my body to release.

Whatever is not necessary to its perfect functioning, and I withdraw any prior conscious or unconscious authorization to the contrary. And you allow the healing to start happening without justifying why it can't happen. Can you relax a little more deeply? Can you feel the gentle ripple of breathing? And notice whether there's a subtle fragrance in the air that you hadn't noticed yet.

And as you breathe, savor it a little bit more than you normally might. Be aware that you're here. Be aware that you're here with yogi friends, incarnated types as well as others. And be aware that by being together like this and practicing together like this and talking about the stuff, again, we're helping one another get it. The all is all. Oh, yeah.

God is love. And therefore, so am I. So are you. So is everything. Have insight into that. Relax a little more deeply. Let the truth of it soak in. And then just mentally, telepathically, thank everyone here for being here. It's been an awesome couple days. Mentally, telepathically, thank the room.

Thank your family for letting you come. Thank the motorcycles for riding by at the beginning. And then mentally exude love out to the world. Do what you can do right now to help promote peace. You embody it and let it glow out from you.

Okay, yogis. Namaste. Peace. I see you, man. I see you.

Awesome Erich. Did the whole immersion over the past 30 days and loving integrating it into my personal practise and the classes I teach! It has been great and I really appreciate that you shared this with everyone - giving us the opportunity to study with you abroad here in Canuck land :)
