Namaste. Find a comfortable seated position where you can have the spine upright. We're going to chant the seed sounds of the major energy centers in the body in order to harmonize and balance the energy system. The seed sounds are known as Bija sounds. So drop your awareness down into the base of the spine.

We're going to chant the sound lam. Inhale. (chanting) Place one finger lightly on the lower belly The seed sound here is vam. Inhale. (chanting) Bringing the finger now up just above the navel to the solar plexus.

The seed sound is ram. Inhale. (chanting) Placing a finger lightly in the center of the chest at the heart center. The seed sound is yam. Inhale.

(chanting) Placing a finger lightly at the base of the throat, the seed sound is ham. Inhale. (chanting) Placing a finger lightly between the eyebrows at the third eye center. The seed sound is om. Inhale.

(chanting) Placing a finger lightly in the center of the crown of the head. The sound here is silence, resting for a moment with the awareness at the center of the crown of the head. Drop the awareness back into the third eye area between the eyebrows, inhale for om. (chanting) Awareness at the base of the throat, ham. Inhale.

(chanting) Dropping down into the heart center for yam, Inhale. (chanting) Dropping down into the solar plexus for ram. Inhale. (chanting) Dropping down into the second chakra in the lower belly. Inhale for vam.

(chanting) Dropping down into the base of the spine Inhale for lam. (chanting) Resting into the results. Deep breath in Exhale and gently let the eyes open Namaste.
