(waves crashing) Welcome to season 3 of Good Morning Yoga. I am so happy to be here, and thank you so much for joining me. This is a collection of practices and experiments in yoga. Ranging from energizing Sun Saluations, we look at, explore, variations of Surya Namaskara, A, B, and some familiar standing postures, as well as practices moving from the ground up, so moving slow and deliberate, building and finding our way towards some Sun Salutations. There's also a headstand Shirshasana practice, finding the elements of Shirshasana in preparation, and then also a seated meditation practice.
Recently, I've had the opportunity to study with an Aikido master, Wendy Palmer, and so a lot of these practices are infused with the invitation of experimenting with qualities in the body. So, for example, what would it feel like to have a bit more ease in the body? Or what would it feel like to have a bit more fluidity or courage in the body? So we experiment with some of these qualities, bring them into the practice and into the movement. Also, as always, moving at your own pace with your breath.
Allowing the breath to be, really, the primary teacher. I hope you enjoy these practices as much as I did and learn from them, and I would love to hear from you. Thank you so much for joining me. Namaste.
