Description

James recites and translates verses 2.14 - 2.16 of the Gita. In verses 2.14 - 2.15, Krishna emphasizes that a yogi is one who is established in steadiness, even in the midst of the swirling changes and challenges of life. James continues to unpack verse 2.16, sharing that our essence is Sat (Real) Chit (Conscious) Ananda (Fullness). Yoga encourages us to work with the reality of our current experience, right here and now.

I loved this!

Thank you James, for reminding me that I have the ability within to remain steady. This is my practice.

Nice to see one of my favourite teachers Kelly there too.

Difficult and challenging times, then, are not to be wished away, but are to be welcomed as opportunities for growth and evolution. Boots on the ground. This is resonating with me at this moment in time. These teachings are not esoteric, ethereal - but get into the grit of our everyday reality...

Yes the names of Arjuna, you could say so much about them, and you have, in my recent experience of your live teachings, so I now appreciate 2.14 more, these are not names just plucked out of thin air...the son of a woman...the son of Mother Earth and we are all that, the significance is lost in simple english translation, thank you James x
