Hi Lydia, enjoyed this session however I am no that flexible on my right dominant side as I have been playing tennis for a long time.  I probably need to do this practice more often in order to be able to loosen that side a bit more.  I look for sessions focusing on the shoulders and back.  Thank you.

Hi Beatriz O Have you tried the neck and shoulder release I offer? 
It's called "Neck and Shoulder Release" 
You can find it on the move to meditate show. 
Alana Mitnick offers some lovely shoulder classes here as well. The classes are called 
"Safe Shoulder Opening" 
"Stiff Neck and Shoulders" 
and I love Kira Sloane's 
"Open the Neck and Shoulders with Kira Sloane" 
I hope you can find something that eases you into some more opening and mobility. 
Sounds like you have been having fun with tennis! I've never played, but would really love to start!
