For me it was too fast, as a Vata person I am fast in my nature and I need some exercieces which help me to ground. Unfortunately I did not feel much grounded after the practice. Thank you Ali anyway for your guidance and have a good day everyone!

Marina M I am sorry to hear that! Quick mention, you can go into your settings when you are watching any of the Yoga Anytime videos and slow them down if you feel like they are too brisk, it's a wonderful feature that Yoga Anytime utilizes.
