Kira, love this - I already have a meditation practice and it was lovely to find the connections between the two.
A quick question, if I may? On the side stretches, when I let my right hip float up, my right ankle becomes very uncomfortable (not *quite* pain, but not far off). I don't have the same issue on the left hand side. Is there any adjustments I can make to this posture to avoid putting so much pressure on my ankle?
