I experienced quite a profound moment in dhanurasana! It was a rush of emotion. Thank you, Mia. Your physical cues really helped me to find a healthier opening between my shoulders, and I love the analogy of wheels in the pelvis. I am trying to tune into my stability there, and your cues really helped. The journaling too is very powerful, and I look forward to exploring these 6 steps to owning and understanding.
The physical components of the practice were once again electrifying. After the practice l felt more free in body (after I ate; this was a calorie burner) and spirit. Thank you for the silent Savasana. There was much to ponder and feel!
