Take your yoga poses to the next level with Advanced Basics. These progressive 30-minute yoga lessons bring new depth to familiar poses through concise, purposeful instruction. Together we explore anatomical components and how they work individually and together to support our poses, creating greater strength, mobility, and freedom in the body.
In Season 1, we turn our attention inward to feel the power of our center, our abdominal region. We explore the actions and strength of the core, hips, and legs in backbends, forward folds, twists, and standing poses, balancing mobility with stability, and creating a grounded container from which to expand.
