These 30-minute yoga lessons bring new depth to familiar poses through concise and purposeful instruction. We turn our attention inward to feel the power of our center, our core. We balance mobility with stability and create a grounded container from which to expand. My hope is that your yoga practice will become a source of inspiration and growth.
