Dynamic and fluid, these practices are designed to warm the body, clear the mind, open the heart and offer a comprehensive flow for your whole being. Together we play with variations of sun salutes, standing and balancing poses, grounded seated poses, deep hip opening and some sweet back bending. We also weave in pranayama and moments of stillness and meditation. You will feel vibrant and expansive.
