Peter shares his most current understanding of three simple Practice Principles that are the basis for LEVITYoga. Through lectures and personal exploration we look at 1) Back Body Breathing, 2) Spine Mechanics and its five elements of action (Elongation, Chest Dropping, Belly Consciousness, Bone Softening, and Levity), and 3) Fundamentals of Flow. It is Peter's hope that by simplifying the instruction and working through poses in a safe and subtle way that the yogi will develop a truly personal practice.
