(waves crashing) Hi, thank you for joining me. My name is Zaynab, I came all the way from Istanbul, Turkey to film these practices, and I had a lot of fun doing them. I came here because I was invited by the lovely crew, but at the same time I wanted to share what's exciting for me in those practices. And those practices are mostly focused on sensing the body and feeling the body. And there are several different practices focused on front body, back body, side bodies or the spirals in the body, and the three dimensional space of the body, which helped me, actually feel more of what's happening within me.
And there are other practices, and there will be also a meditation just to help you which helped me sort of turn more inwards and sense more of what's happening right as it is happening without really changing them too much. That has helped me a lot, just being present with whatever's happening and for me that's my focus in yoga, and in those practices that's what I wanted to put forth, I hope you enjoy them, and I hope you have fun as much as I did while I was filming them.
