Hi and welcome, my name is Renee and I'd like to introduce season 3 of Anatomy for Yogis. I had a really good time making this season and a lot of the season is my own exploration of gentle but strengthening practices that hit key areas of the body that for me I think it's important to develop stability around. So we looked at developing strength for the hands, the shoulders and the upper body, pelvic floor, kind of more of an integrated idea of what the core is, so not just abdominal wall but the whole abdominal sheath, hip strengthening, we did a standing series and back bending series that I love, they're my personal favorites. We've got a couple of short segments that look at the skeleton anatomy and we have the assistant of the skeleton Mr. Bones and a restorative practice that is really just geared to soothe the parasympathetic nervous system. So there's a great variety of longer and shorter practices and practices that are really focused on certain areas of the body.
I hope that you enjoy them and that you watch them many times and if you have any questions or want to reach out about them I would love to hear from you. So thanks so much for watching and for your attention and participation.
